The Premier Equine Air Cooled Original Eventing Boots – Front – Black are Premier Equine’s longest-standing, best‑selling cross country boots, built to deliver serious protection without compromising your horse’s natural movement. Designed specifically for the XC phase, they’re shaped to contour closely around the fetlock so they won’t impede the action of galloping or jumping.
Constructed from a tough combination of 2520D ballistic nylon and microfibre leather, these boots provide strength where it counts while remaining supple around key areas. The microfibre leather reinforces the most important impact zones—around the fetlock, straps, and strike guard—while staying lightweight, moulding to the leg, and retaining its shape over time.
A standout feature is the Air Cooled ventilation system. As the horse moves forward, air enters through the front vents, circulates across the tendons, and exits via side vents—creating continuous airflow designed to help keep tendons cooler during fast work. Inside, the lightweight EVA lining is water resistant to help prevent the boots absorbing water and becoming heavy, making them a dependable choice for wet ground and water crossings.
Finished with a P.E. polycarbonate strike guard for impact protection and a secure, stable fit, these front boots are sold in pairs and arrive in a complimentary reusable zip‑fastened storage bag.
