The Premier Equine Akoni 200g Turnout Rug with Classic Neck Cover - Navy is a waterproof and breathable medium weight horse rug designed to provide warmth, weather protection and freedom of movement during colder, changeable conditions.

Constructed from a durable 600D diamond triple-weave polyester outer, the Akoni features a waterproof membrane with a 10,000mm waterproof rating and 10,000g/m²/24h breathability rating. A Teflon-coated finish helps repel moisture and resist stains for practical everyday turnout.

The rug features a carefully shaped neckline designed to sit approximately 2–4 inches in front of the wither, while a fleece wither pad provides additional comfort. A detachable Classic Neck Cover offers adaptable coverage, and integrated attachments allow the rug to be used with Premier Equine Standard Rug Liners when additional insulation is required.

An extra-high elasticated shoulder gusset is designed to encourage natural movement through the shoulder, complemented by the deep-cut Original Buster Pattern and self-righting construction for a secure, comfortable fit during turnout.

Inside, a breathable antibacterial and anti-static polyester lining helps maintain comfort and coat condition.
