The Premier Equine Akoni 0g Turnout Rug with Classic Neck Cover - Navy is a waterproof and breathable no-fill horse rug designed to provide lightweight protection from rain and changeable weather during the milder months.

Constructed from a durable 600D diamond triple-weave polyester outer, the Akoni features a waterproof and breathable membrane with a 10,000mm waterproof rating and 10,000g/m²/24h breathability rating. A Teflon-coated finish provides additional resistance to moisture and stains for practical everyday turnout.

With 0g fill, the Akoni provides weather protection without additional insulation, making it particularly suitable for spring, summer and autumn. A detachable 0g Classic Neck Cover is included, allowing additional neck coverage to be added or removed according to the conditions.

Designed around Premier Equine's deep-cut Original Buster Pattern, the rug features an extra-high elasticated shoulder gusset to encourage freedom of movement. The neckline is shaped to sit approximately 2–4 inches in front of the wither, while a fleece wither pad provides additional comfort.

Inside, an antibacterial and anti-static breathable polyester lining provides a smooth surface against the coat. Reflective detailing, quick-release chest clips, cross surcingles and self-righting construction complete the practical turnout design.
