Lightweight 50g Insulation
With 50g insulation, this version of the Bucas Quilt provides a light layer of warmth without the bulk of a medium or heavyweight stable rug.
It is an excellent option for horses that require just a little additional insulation in the stable or as an extra layer underneath a compatible Bucas turnout or stable rug.

Dermo-Care / Silk-Feel Lining
The rug features Bucas' smooth Dermo-Care (SF) lining, also referred to as the Silk-feel/Dermo-care lining.
This technical lining offers moisture-wicking properties similar in principle to the Bucas Stay-Dry lining, helping move moisture away from the horse.
However, the Dermo-Care lining wicks moisture at a slower rate than the fleece-textured Stay-Dry lining, while its smooth surface helps keep the horse's coat silky and comfortable.
This makes it an excellent choice where coat condition, comfort and moisture management are priorities.

Shoulder darts create additional room through the shoulder area to support freedom of movement, while cross surcingles help keep the rug securely positioned around the horse.
A fillet string at the rear provides additional stability.

Attachment points allow a compatible Bucas Quilt Neck to be added when additional coverage is required.
