Combining a strong 600D Oxford Polyester outer, 150g Thermobonded insulation and Bucas' renowned Stay-Dry lining, this mediumweight stable rug provides warmth while helping wick moisture away from the horse's skin.
One of its standout advantages is its ability to be placed onto a wet horse. The Stay-Dry lining actively wicks moisture away from the coat, helping the horse dry more quickly while remaining comfortably rugged.
Bucas Stay-Dry Moisture-Wicking Lining
The Stay-Dry (SD) lining gives this version of the Bucas Quilt excellent versatility.
Its fleece-textured, moisture-wicking construction draws moisture away from the horse's skin and coat, allowing the rug to be put onto a wet or damp horse while helping the coat dry underneath.
This makes the Quilt particularly useful after exercise, washing or during everyday stable management when a horse needs both drying and insulation.
150g Thermobonded Insulation
Featuring 150g Thermobonded insulation, the Bucas Quilt provides a practical level of mediumweight warmth without the bulk of a heavier stable rug.

Cross surcingles help keep the rug securely positioned, while attachment points for leg straps and a fillet string provide additional stability.
