Made from a specially developed lightweight fine mesh fabric, the Bucas Buzz-Off Full Neck Fly Rug helps block irritating flies and biting insects while also protecting against sun bleaching to help maintain coat condition throughout the summer months. The fabric blocks more than 75% of UV rays, making it ideal for horses and ponies spending long periods outdoors during warmer weather.
Designed for extended protection, the full neck design covers both the horse’s body and neck while the elasticated brow band helps keep the neck section securely in place during movement and turnout. An elasticated detachable belly pad provides additional protection against flies and insects around the stomach area while helping keep the rug secure and comfortable.
For improved comfort and freedom of movement, the rug features shoulder darts and silk-feel lining on the shoulders and crest of the neck to help reduce rubbing.
