Bucas 100g Liner With Dermo-Care Lining
The Bucas 100g Liner With Dermo-Care Lining is a lightweight, insulated horse rug liner designed to provide additional warmth beneath compatible Bucas turnout and stable rugs. Featuring 100g thermobonded insulation, a durable quilted outer and silky Dermo-Care lining, this practical liner offers a convenient way to adjust your horse's rugging throughout the changing seasons.
Part of the versatile Bucas Layer System, the 100g liner allows you to increase the insulation of your existing rug without needing to change the outer rug. Its lightweight filling provides an additional layer of warmth, making it particularly useful during cooler weather and seasonal temperature changes.
The smooth Dermo-Care lining helps wick moisture away from the horse's skin while supporting a smooth, comfortable coat. A specially designed reduced-depth construction allows the liner to sit neatly beneath the outer rug, helping maintain a comfortable fit without unnecessary bulk.
Finished with shoulder darts, secure front and rear attachment points and practical hook-and-loop fastenings, the Bucas 100g Liner combines insulation, comfort and convenience for flexible everyday rugging.

Why Choose the Bucas 100g Dermo-Care Liner?
The Bucas 100g Liner offers a practical way to increase your horse's rug insulation without purchasing an entirely new turnout or stable rug.
Its lightweight 100g filling is particularly useful when a small increase in warmth is required, allowing you to adapt your existing Bucas rug to changing weather conditions.
The combination of thermobonded insulation, breathable quilted construction and moisture-wicking Dermo-Care lining helps provide comfortable coverage while maintaining the flexibility of the Bucas Layer System.
Lightweight 100g Thermobonded Insulation
The Bucas Liner features 100g thermobonded insulation, providing an additional layer of warmth beneath a compatible outer rug.
This lightweight filling is particularly suited to transitional weather, cooler stable conditions and occasions when your horse requires slightly more insulation.
By adding or removing the liner as needed, you can adjust your horse's rugging without changing the entire rug.
Silky Dermo-Care Lining
The Bucas Dermo-Care lining provides a smooth, silky surface against the horse's coat.
Designed to help wick moisture away from the skin, the lining supports comfortable wear while helping maintain a smooth coat and minimise friction.
The liner can be used beneath compatible Bucas rugs featuring Stay-Dry, Silk-Feel or Dermo-Care linings.
Reduced-Depth Quilted Construction
The Bucas 100g Liner features a durable quilted outer with a specially designed reduced-depth cut.
This allows the liner to sit neatly beneath the main rug rather than extending beyond its edges, helping keep the additional layer protected and maintaining a tidy appearance.
Shoulder darts provide additional shaping around the front of the horse for a comfortable fit.
Secure Front & Rear Attachments
Designed for convenient use with the Bucas Layer System, the liner attaches securely to compatible rugs using dedicated front and rear connection points.
The front fastening connects to the outer rug's neck attachment points, while the rear hook-and-loop strap attaches to the rear D-rings.
These connections help keep the liner correctly positioned beneath the outer rug during wear.
Part of the Bucas Layer System
The Bucas Layer System allows you to customise your horse's insulation by combining compatible turnout or stable rugs with additional liners.
The Dermo-Care Liner is available in three insulation weights:
100g – Lightweight additional insulation
200g – Mediumweight additional insulation
300g – Heavier additional insulation
The 100g version is ideal when a lighter layer of warmth is required, while the 200g and 300g options provide alternatives for colder conditions.
Compatible Bucas Turnout & Stable Rugs
The Bucas 100g Liner is designed for use beneath compatible Bucas turnout and stable rugs equipped with the required front neck attachment points and rear D-rings.
Its smooth outer fabric allows it to sit comfortably beneath compatible Bucas Stay-Dry, Silk-Feel and Dermo-Care lined rugs.
Please note: The liner is not intended for use as a standalone turnout rug. Check your existing Bucas rug for the appropriate attachment points before purchasing.
