The Premier Equine Buster Zero Turnout Rug with Classic Neck Cover – Green is PE’s best‑selling lightweight turnout, engineered for maximum durability, technical performance and year‑round practicality. Ideal for mild, rainy and windy days, this advanced 0g rug offers robust protection without added weight, making it perfect for Spring, Summer and Autumn — and as a top layer in winter.

Crafted from premium 840D ballistic nylon, the rug features a breathable, stain‑resistant Teflon® coated outer combined with dual membrane technology for superior waterproofing and airflow. The first membrane contains millions of microscopic holes, allowing moisture vapour to escape while repelling water droplets. The second hydrophilic membrane draws moisture away from the horse’s coat, dispersing it through the rug for rapid drying and sustained comfort. This dual‑layer system drastically enhances waterproofing longevity and performance.

Cut 2–4” in front of the wither, the neckline is designed to sit naturally ahead of the shoulders, reducing pressure and improving comfort. The extra‑high patented elasticated shoulder gusset (British design reg. 4 010 772) allows superior range of movement during turnout.

The iconic Buster deep‑cut pattern wraps securely around the horse, while the seamless, self‑righting design prevents slipping and relieves pressure from the spine. Quick‑release chest clips, cross surcingles, reflective branded safety strips, and a PVC‑coated tail strap offer stability, visibility and long‑term durability. A detachable 0g Classic neck cover is included.
