The Premier Equine Akoni 0g Turnout Rug with Classic Neck Cover – Green is a striking, lightweight and technically advanced turnout rug designed for breathable protection during the milder Spring, Summer and Autumn months. Crafted from a durable 600D diamond triple‑weave polyester outer, the Akoni offers waterproof, breathable performance alongside a Teflon® coating that resists stains and extends the life of the rug.

A waterproof membrane beneath the outer fabric further enhances weather resistance, making this the perfect choice for sudden showers and variable conditions. The rug is cleverly cut 2–4" in front of the wither so the neckline naturally sits ahead of the shoulder, increasing comfort and reducing pressure — ideal for horses with prominent withers or greater shoulder reach.

With a detachable 0g Classic neck cover included, plus liner attachments, the Akoni easily adapts to changing temperatures. An extra‑high patented elasticated shoulder gusset (British design reg. 4 010 772) allows superb freedom of movement.

For visibility and safety, reflective strips are positioned at the front and rear. High‑quality stainless‑steel hardware, quick‑release chest clips, cross surcingles, and a PVC‑coated clip‑on tail strap provide reliable stability.
